How to Get Rid of Stubborn Oil Stains on Your Clothing

Have you ever had an awful grease stain on your pants or a shirt? I’ve had it where I’ve dripped grease from a taco on a T-shirt or a dirty napkin with butter on it has stained my pants. I have tried every remedy from spray and wash, WD-40, I’ve used goo gone and scrubbing with a scrub brush and Oxi Clean.

I finally found a method that has worked  and it  removed those stubborn set in stains.

I begin by spraying my favorite product, Dawn Power Wash, on the stain. Then I take a toothbrush with some water and I blend it into the fabric. Then I take baking soda and sprinkle it across the stain. Add a little bit more water on your toothbrush, scrub, scrub scrub let it sit for about an hour. Then I throw in the washing machine. I let the clothing hang dry so I can check if the stain is gone. If it is not, or I still see a faint outline of it, I repeat the process.

Hopefully this method will help you save some of your favorite clothing from being ruined by grease stains. The more you know. 💫
