First time home buyers now have additional options for down payment assistance from the state of Arizona with the “Arizona is Home” program. This week state officials announced a significant expansion of its housing program that helps low-to-middle-income first-time home buyers purchase a home. The state is putting an additional $5 million into this housing assistance program to get more people into homes.
