Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

As Thanksgiving approaches, and we are gathering all of our recipes and ingredients, most of us rely on traditional tried and true family recipes.

One year we attended a feast where they served a sweet potato casserole that was out of this world! I never grew up having that so it was a new treat and was quickly added as a family favorite to not be missed for our Thanksgiving meal.

Soul Sweet Taters is a recipe from Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman. Click on link:

What are your family go-to recipes for your Thanksgiving meal? I can honestly say that turkey is not one of our favorites. We mostly look forward to the left-overs where the next day we make deep fried turkey taquitos and go with a whole Mexican food themed meal. If Craig has his choice, we would have Mexcian food for Thanksgiving. 😭

May you enjoy your family and friends as you gather around the able. We have so much to be thankful for!
